Former XLRI Jamshedpur professor Sharad Sarin conferred Lifetime Achievement Award

Jamshedpur, June 8: Professor Sharad Sarin, former Marketing faculty of XLRI Xavier School of Management, has been conferred Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding contributions to the world of management at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore. He received the Award from Dr Himanshu Rai, Director of IMM Indore, who has also worked at Tata Steel, Jamshedpur, during Conference on Excellence in Research and Education (CERE) 2022.

Professor Sarin is a noted name in the field of Marketing with 42 years of teaching experience. After retiring from XLRI, he continues teaching as a visiting faculty to XLRI, IIM Ahmedabad and many other premier management institutes. His research papers have been published in numerous national and international magazines. He has also authored two books, ‘Business Marketing: Concepts and Cases’ and ‘Strategic Brand Management for B2B Markets: A Road Map for Organizational Transformation’.
