Jamshedpur, June 14: Sakchi High School students who passed out in the year 1990 celebrated their 25th reunion at the school premises on Sunday, June 14.
Students all around the globe working in different multinationals and others as businessmen gathered at
the venue.
The event started with the lighting of the lamp followed by honour of the teachers who taught the students
to be a good person in life.
Teachers Ranjit Ghosh, PP Sen, Sheshnath Singh, Swadesh Das, Tapti, Suchitra, Vithi, Sunita, Juthika, Manju and others were presented with Souvenirs and flower bouquet.
Organisers and batchmates Mrinal Chakraborty, Mintu Sarkar, Jaybrat Bhattacharya, Neeta Bose and
Chandana made all the arrangements and urged all the former batch mates to gather at the event and
make it a historic day.
They said that main aim was to relive those school moments we had spend together and said that this
should not be the last time we are together but would organize it every year.
At the 25th reunion function cake cutting ceremony was held while cultural event along with songs and dance event made the students and teachers dance to the tunes of bollywood numbers.
Sakchi High School (Near Dhalbhum Club) one of oldest educational institution of Jamshedpur was established in 1947.
