Jamshedpur, June 20: The residence of Jharkhand’s rural development department’s Chief Engineer cum Subarnarekha Multi-purpose Project Birendra Ram’s residence at Circuit House in Jamshedpur has been sealed.

The house is estimated about Rs 20 crore. Anup Kumar Rai, owner of Royal Engineering of Jamshedpur, had done the canal work of the Subarnarekha project in 2003-04. In lieu of this, the Golden Line Project Department did not pay the payment to the company. After which the owner of Royal Engineering  filed a case in the Jharkhand High Court.

After the case went on for almost 15 years, on Tuesday, the Jamshedpur Civil Judge Senior Division ordered the sealing of two houses No. 1 and No. 2 of the Subarnarekha project. After this, the court team reached and sealed both the houses.

  1. Public servants and politicians meant for welfare citizens and to promote nation’s economy. For Eg. Lalloo Prasad Yadav and various ministers looted Bihar’s public money. Very unfortunate public still trust on them in the name of caste. Due to judiciary we are still alive.we salute to our PM and it’s judicial team.
