Jamshedpur, Dec 28: Former Jamshedpur MP and erstwhile Jamshedpur SP (during undivided Bihar) Dr Ajoy Kumar is now in a fight against Covid-19 pandemic in Jamshedpur and the state as a whole.
Ajoy Kumar who is credited to have put a stem on gang wars in the early 90s in Jamshedpur is now determined to stop the spread of Covid-19 through his medical research company Sputnik V which is working on making a vaccine against Covid-19.
Dr Ajoy Kumar assumed that the vaccines from his company Sputnik V would be available in market soon and stressed that it would be his effort that the vaccine reaches Jharkhand at the earliest.
Dr Ajoy who finished his MBBS from JIPMER, Pondicherry and then did a diploma in bio-informatics and drug development along with a MBA degree is working along with his team – JSS Medical Research team, Dr Reddy’s (a famous pharmaceutical company) and Russian RDIF in developing the vaccine.
