Jamshedpur, July 19 : Former SP ( Rural) of East Singhbhum and present SP of Pakur Shailendra Prasad Barnwal will be felicitated at New Delhi on July 21. At a function organised by �Peacemaker� a monthly publication will felicitate the senior IPS officer. Minister of State for External Affairs VK Singh will felicitate Barnwal for his contribution in maintaining law and order. Several other police officers will also be felicitated on the occasion.
