Jamshedpur, June 15: Protestors in large numbers were present outside the JSCA Office sitauted at Keenan Stadium on Sunday and raised old questions once against as the Association�s prize distribution function was organised inside the stadium to honour the winners of the Jamshedpur School tournament.
Led by suspended JSCA members Jeetu Patel and Sunil Kumar Singh, a group of protestors including former cricketers and suspended Association members raised old questions and demanded inquiry into the hiring of players from outside the state.
Protestors raised slogans One of the members, Jitu Patel, raised an objection to endorsing the suspension, saying that, “JSCA should not function dictatorially as it will affect cricket”.
The agitating crickets alleged that the JSCA secretary had deprived the members of their rights.
They further alleged that the minutes of the last annual general manager (AGM) of JSCA had been tampered with and that the JSCA president was trying to avoid the questions of rival group members.
