Jamshedpur: A five year old girl was allegedly gang-raped by two minors in Oraon Busti under Sitaramdera police station area on Thursday last. The accused persons were handed over to police. They were sent to Ghagidih Remand Home. The alleged victim was taken to MGM Hospital for medical examination.
Police said the incident reportedly took place around 10 pm when the girl was asleep in her house all alone. The victim’s parents were away at a Kali Puja pandal. The minor boys, both aged around 13 years and local residens, entered the house and reportedly gang-raped the girl. They also reportedly assaulted the girl on showing resistance.
