Seraikela, Feb 13: Five persons were seriously injured in separate mishaps in a span of 12 hours at a distance separating 10 kms. Out of the five injured two have been admitted in a critical condition at MGM Hospital in Jamshedpur.Â
On Friday late night around 10 pm, in a road mishap near Kolebera, residents of Ichapur Gopal Chandra Lohar (65) and Umesh Lohar (34) sustained critical injuries and were admitted at Sadar Hospital in Seraikela and sensing their critical conditon were referred to MGM Hospital in Jamshedpur on Saturday morning.Â
According to police, both were riding a bike and going towards Seraikela from Jamshedpur when their bike dashed against a stationery truck. While on Saturday night at around 10 am, bike rider Nimai Mahato a resident of Bandhdih was injured while his sister Urmila Devi and nephew Sumit Mahato also sustained minor injury when in a road mishap near Sini Mode Petrol pump when their bike was dashed by an unidentified truck from the opposite direction.
They were sent to Sadar Hospital in Seraikela for primary treatment where their condition is stated to be stable.
