Five beneficiaries of Domjuri get PMAY house

Jadugora: Five beneficiaries of Domjuri panchayat in Jadugora were given the keys of their dream house under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) on Saturday. The MLA of Potka Menka Sardar and BDO Prabhas Chandra Das handed the keys to the beneficiaries at a function held in Domjuri. The MLA cut ribbons to mark the handing over ceremony. The beneficiaries are Shambhu Singh, Radhika Singh, Radhakant Bhagat, Janki Singh and Bistu Rani Das.
In her address, the MLA said all poor families would get the benefit of PMAY. The BDO said the poor families would also be provided toilets, kitchen and free LPG connection under the Ujjwala scheme.
Many people were present on the occasion. They included Sanjeev Bhagat, Haldhar Das, Mukhiya Ramkamal Singh, Sadhu Muni Singh Ghanshyam Mahato and Jagannath Murmu.
