Jamshedpur, Oct 2: BJP leader cum contractor Dasaratha Singh committed suicide due to financial crisis and stress in Musabani block of East Singhbhum district. After recovery of suicide note, the suicide case of BJP leader Dashrath Singh has taken a new turn. A case has been registered in the Musabani police station against HCL ICC unit head Sanjay Singh, DGM Mines DK Srivastava, business partner Adityapur resident Sujit Singh, Musabani resident K Sahil Hameed, his brother Chunu Ali.
Dashrath Singh’s younger brother Yashwant Kumar Singh has lodged an FIR against the four accused in Musabani police station. Also, an original copy of the two-page suicide note written by Dashrath Singh is also attached with the application. In the suicide note, Dashrath Singh has described the cause of suicide as mental harassment by these four.
The suicide note has several serious allegations, including fraudulent loss of business, possession of various types of machines and equipment in use, fraudulently blackmailing business related documents. HCL company officials have been severely accused of rigging the tender. Due to which the matter has become high profile.
On the written statement of his younger brother Yashwant Singh, HCL ICC unit head Sanjay Singh, DGM Mines Deepak Srivastava, business partner Adityapur resident Sujit Singh, Musabani resident Sahul Hamid, Musabani police station case number against his younger brother Ali alias Chunnu 71/20, dated 30.09.2020, case has been registered under sections 406, 420, 306, 34.
