Jamshedpur, April 30: An FIR was registered against two persons for allegedly hurting religious sentiments at the Bistupur police station here on Saturday.
Police said the FIR was lodged against Mukesh Raj and Umesh Sao, both local residents on the initiative of JMM leader Hidayatullah Khan. Khan said Mukesh had passed some objectionable comments on Facebook regarding Iftaar organized by state minority welfare minister Hafizul Hasan Ansari recently. Umesh had forwarded the said post, Khan alleged.
