Jamshedpur, Oct 16: In a shocking incident, a scooty-riding father and daughter died in a road accident on the Tata-Jadugoda road located in the Sundernagar police station area on Friday. Another woman and her two-year-old daughter survived the incident. Police have registered a case against the unidentified vehicle after the incident.
According to the information, the deceased fathers were daughters Lalu Rana (52) and Shilpa (18). Rana was returning from a relative’s house with his two daughters Shilpa and Pooja Kumari. She was accompanied by two-year-old granddaughter on Scooty. Meanwhile, an unknown vehicle near Kudada hit his scooty from the front.
Lalu Rana and Shilpa Kumari Rana, who were seriously injured in the accident, were rushed to MGM Hospital with the help of locals. The doctors declared both of them dead. Lalu Rana’s elder daughter Pooja Kumar and two-year-old daughter are safe in the accident.
