Fatal crash on Patna-Gaya-Dobhi Highway: Three lives lost, one critically injured in high-speed bike collision

Patna: In a devastating incident that occurred on Monday evening, tragedy struck on the Patna-Gaya-Dobhi four-lane highway just before its inauguration. Two motorcycles, racing at high speeds, collided head-on near Paithani Nathupur Narayanchak, located on the border of Beur and Parsa Bazaar police station areas.

The high-velocity impact of the collision propelled all four youths on the bikes into the air, causing them to fall onto the road. The severity of the accident claimed the lives of two individuals on the spot, while a third succumbed to injuries upon reaching PMCH (Patna Medical College and Hospital). One of the injured victims, Nishant Patel, son of Itwarpur resident Sunil Patel, is currently undergoing treatment.

The collision, which took place just before the official inauguration of the Patna-Gaya-Dobhi four-lane highway, left the community in shock. The incident serves as a grim reminder of the consequences of high-speed driving and the importance of road safety.
