Jamshedpur: A fashion show was organized in Bhutka village at Narwa Pahar on Saturday. Adivasi youths showcased their modelling talent by walking on the ramp.
The organizers selected youths having sound knowledge about Adivasi traditions and self-governance system. Sagen Akhara, Jamshedpur, was selected as the winning group. Anjali Murmu won Miss Baha title while Gopal Hansda won Mr Baha title. There were 17 boys and seven girls on the ramp. Many of the participants performed on the stage and proved their mettle in dancing and singing.
The organizes included Jasai Mardi, Anar Mardi, Bholanath Soren, Rakesh Hembram, Ramchandra Mardi, Sonaram Mardi, Bobby Singh, Sangeeta Tudu and Rani Deogam.
