Farmers learn modern techniques at workshop

Jadugora: A two day workshop on capacity building was organized for farmers at Balijuri panchayat building near Jadugora on Monday.

It was held under the aegis of Paryavaran Chetna Kendra, Bada Sikdi. The trainers Sidheshwar Sardar and Salgey Mardi informed the farmers about modern farming techniques.

They said it was ripe time for farming and that the circumstances had also changed. In the changed circumstances, the farmers should utilize better methods for farming, they said.

The workshop was also attended by Bariyar Mardi, Basanti Sardar, Jaldhar Patro, Jagbandhu and Vibhishan Sardar.
