Family is the cornerstone of love and strength, emphasizes Viral Mazumdar at Jamshedpur Youth Conference

KPS Kadma students reflect on family, values, and growth at LMAD conference

Jamshedpur, Nov 1: Day 3 of the Let’s Make a Difference (LMAD) Jamshedpur Youth Conference at Kerala Public School, Kadma, inspired participants to look within and reflect on the deeper values that shape a meaningful life. The session centered on themes of self-reflection, family values, and inner awareness.

The day began with a soulful prayer and moments of silence, creating an atmosphere of calm introspection. Students were encouraged to spend time journaling their thoughts, expressing gratitude, and acknowledging their emotions — an exercise designed to promote mindfulness and inner clarity.

Chief Guest Viral Mazumdar, Chief Conductor of LMAD, led the day’s discussions with inspiring words on the importance of honesty, purity, unselfishness, and love. “When we are pure from within, everything outside naturally becomes right,” he said, emphasizing that true change begins with self-purification.

Through touching stories from his own life, Mazumdar highlighted the vital role of family as the cornerstone of love, trust, and emotional strength. He reminded students that family bonds are the foundation of strong character and inner peace. Addressing emotions such as ego and anger, he encouraged empathy and understanding, adding that every person we meet teaches us something valuable.

The event also included a live demonstration illustrating how nurturing family relationships contributes to a value-based life. Coordinators Rajiv Agarwal and Shraddha Agarwal were also present and appreciated the students for their openness and engagement.

The session concluded with participants taking a heartfelt pledge to practice the values of truth, love, and compassion in their daily lives. The experience left a lasting impact, reminding all that real transformation begins within — and that strong families build stronger, more compassionate communities.
