
Jamshedpur: Second day of the Four days Jamshedpur Youth Conference- Lets Make A Difference organized by Initiatives of Change, LMAD with the valuable support of Sharat Chandran, Director Kerala Public School, Kadma ended with the Self Introspection among the students.
Third day started with the Jar Exercise which talked about Inner Values and External Presentation by Viral Majumdar, Convener of LMAD. The four principles of Initiatives of Change that is Purity, Honesty, Unselfishness and Love (PHUL) were practiced among the students.

The session was followed by Relationship Session which talked about the students� relationship with their family. Importance of family in one�s life was discussed. The lack of empathy towards our family member drives us to ignore them, be rude and sometimes hurt them. The session was open to students to share their experiences and thoughts on family.
This session was followed by Group Discussion where the students were asked to express their views and concerns.
Next very important session My Life My Vision was dealt with wherein students were asked to understand the value of their life and what is their Vision for life.
This was followed by session-Letter to Self. This was a short writing exercise. Students were asked to write a letter to themselves .The letter consists of feelings, concerns, commitments which the students made during the sessions. Later they were asked to seal the letter and hand it over to LMAD team to post it back to them after few months.
In the last session of the day students were asked to give positive commitment they made during the conference that they will take themselves for the rest of their life.
To sumup, it can be said that the third day was the Family Day for the students where the importance of family was deal with them.
