Seraikela: District health department is spreading awareness among women regarding nutritional requirement during pregnancy and the importance of iron tablets and other supplements for the would-be mothers.
A meeting was held at the Seraikela Sadar Hospital in this connection on Wednesday. It was presided over by Dr KK Sehgal.
Dr Sehgal informed the health officials and paramedical workers about the way of dispensing the iron tablets. The meeting was also attended by Dr Jujharu Manjhi and other doctors and health staff.
