Jamshedpur, Nov 25: Tata Steel today organised a Mushaira at Dhatkidih Community Centre. Noted Urdu poet Munawwar Rana and many other prominent shayars participated in the event.
The evening saw some eminent personalities from Jamshedpur who attended the literary fest such as Syed Mansoor Ali, President Central Karimia School, Jawed Karim, Trustee, Karimia Trust, Hasan Rizwi, EX MLA and Dr M Zakaria, Principal, Karim City College.
Ashish Mathur, MD, Jusco started the evening by reciting a Bashir Badr couplet.
Speaking on the occasion Sunil Bhaskaran, VP, Corporate Services, Tata Steel, said, �We are fortunate to have shayars from all over the country in the city of Jamshedpur.�
Some of the officers from Tata Steel present in the evening included Biren Bhuta, Chief, CSR, Tata Steel and GM Sharan, Head, Urban Services, Tata Steel.
Other shayars who participated in the Mushaira included Hafeez Soz, Shakeel Azmi, Azm Shakri, Rajesh Reddy, Nadeem Shad, Shafeeq Aabdi, Mujawar Malegavi, Majid Deobandi, Rashid Anwar Rashid, Nikhat Amrohi, Shabana Shabnam, Aslam Badr, Mehataab Anwar, Zafar Iqbal Rehmani, Badr E Alam Khalish and Saif Babar.
