Principal Secretary to CM addresses Karim City students, motivates them
Jamshedpur: Success can be achieved in life through perseverance and patience. This was observed here on Saturday by Sanjay Kumar, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister cum Principal Secretary of the Information and Public Relations Department, after the inauguration of a computer lab at the Mango campus of Karim City College.
Addressing a gathering of students and teachers, Kumar said there was no dearth of talent in the country. The only thing that needs attention is creation of more and more skilled workforce, he said, adding further that practice, hard work and discipline could lead a person to set new trends of success in life.
Kumar said education was very important for a person to achieve worthwhile success in life. Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Raghubar Das, envisaged separation of the higher education department in a bid to ensure quality education to children of the state, Kumar said.
Also present on the occasion was the deputy commissioner (DC) of East Singhbhum, Amit Kumar, who thanked Karimia Trust for making great contributions in the field of education in Kolhan. He said it was important for students to make a goal in life. Any goal can be achieved through hard work and passion, he said.
Among others present during the inaugural function included Syed Ashfaq Karim of Karimia Trust, ADC Sunil Kumar, MNAC special officer Sanjay Kumar and the principal of Karim City College Dr Mohammad Zakaria.
On this occasion, B.Ed students greeted the guests with a welcome song and gave them bouquets on behalf of the college. Many dignitaries were present during the event.
