Hearing on conspiracy against ED
Ranchi, November 23: A hearing was held in the Jharkhand High Court today in the case of conspiracy against Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials in Ranchi.
During this, ED submitted a sealed report to the court. While hearing the case, the division bench of High Court Chief Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra saw the report. Meanwhile, the court sought the opinion of the ED advocate on sharing the report.
In this matter, the court has also asked the state government to share the report, while the hearing regarding sharing of the report by the state government has been postponed to the next date which is on December 15.
Along with this, the court has also directed to file a counter affidavit on December 15.
For your information, let us tell you that a case of conspiracy against ED officials came to light in Birsa Munda Central Jail (Hotwar Jail) located in Khelgaon of the capital. After which ED officials raided Hotwar jail.
