Jamshedpur, Oct 23: East Singhbhum district Kho-Kho Association conducted selection trials at Vivek Vidyalaya in Govindpur on Sunday, October 23. The program was jointly inaugurated by Principal of Vivek Vidyalaya Awadhesh Singh, Technical Director of Jharkhand State Kho-Kho Association Akhileshwar Prasad and Suresh Narayan Choudhary.
120 players from different schools of the district were part of the selection trail of which 15 boys and 15 girls were selected.
The selected players will now participate in 16th Jharkhand State Senior Kho-Kho Competition.
General Secretary of East Singhbhum Kho-Kho Association Santosh Kumar informed that the selected students would be given special training at camp to be organised by the district association.
The main aim behind organizing the camp is to provide special training to the players so that they can give their best in the state level competition.
