Jamshedpur, June 30: A campaign to dispose of e-waste was initiated by Sambhav Sanstha at RMS High School Balichela, Sonari. As part of this campaign, Sambhav Sanstha educated students and teachers about e-waste and its environmental impact, and installed an e-waste recycle bin in the school premises.
Sarika Singh, President of Sambhav Sanstha, highlighted the increasing role of electronic products in our lives and the environmental harm caused by improper disposal of e-waste. She explained that electronic gadgets contain various harmful chemicals that can poison the atmosphere and make the land barren when discarded carelessly. Singh urged everyone to use the newly installed e-waste recycle bin to dispose of their electronic waste properly.
The event was attended by Bharat Singh, Anjula Singh, P. Pushpalata, RMS Principal Pratibha Sinha, Sanjay Kedia of School Management, along with all teachers and students. The initiative aims to encourage responsible e-waste disposal and protect the environment.
