Jamshedpur, August 4: After two continuous victories against Tribhuvan Army FC & Indian Army FT in the Durand Cup 2025 Jamshedpur FC has returned to the training pitch at Flatlets Ground to begin preparation for their third and last Group C clash, this time against 1 Ladakh FC Team, scheduled for 8th August at the JRD Tata Sports Complex at 4 PM.
The Men of Steel are topping Group C with six points.The team’s recent performances have showcased their strength, with players like Sarthak Golui, Manvir Singh, Nikhil Barla, and Mohammed Sanan scoring crucial goals. The young squad, led by head coach Khalid Jamil, has impressed with their energy and structure. Notably, players like Praful Kumar and Vincy Barretto have demonstrated composure and work rate, while our local goalkeeper Amrit Gope has consistently held his line, securing a clean sheet against Indian Army FT.

With the arrival of Japanese midfielder Rei Tachikawa, Jamshedpur FC’s midfield has become even more formidable. The team’s training sessions are now focused on recovery, tactical adjustments, and maintaining intensity ahead of the physically strong 1 Ladakh FC side.
All eyes will be on how the team adapts to a fresh challenge, especially with quick turnarounds and high expectations from the home crowd.
