The case has been filed on the statement of Ashish Namta.
Narrating the incident, Ashish said, “I was going to the tailor shop of Vishnu Pradhan to get the party flag stitched. While on my way, Dulal Bhuiyan called me using abusive languages near Lal Puliya Chowk in Home Pipe area and asked me to sit in his car.”
