Jamshedpur: One Md. Rafiq, a resident of Mango Munshi Muhalla, tried to commit suicide by slitting his throat in an inebriated state.
The local resident found him lying on the road at Azad Nagar road number one in a pool of blood and rushed him to MGM Hospital.
The drunken youth who slit his own throat was unable to say anything on the incident.
