Seraikela: Members of IPS Officers� Wives Association dedicated a �Panshala� (drinking water stall) on the premises of Seraikela police station on Sunday. Kanchan Sinha, wife of SP Chandan Kumar Sinha, and Jyoti, wife of another senior cop, jointly inaugurated the stall.
Financial aid was also given to three orphans of a special residential school in Kharsawan. The kids, Mukesh Lohar, Rahul Lohar and Dukhu Nayak, were given clothes, footwear, shoes and other gifts.
Kanchan Sinha said the orphans would be helped by the Association even further. She said the drinking water stalls were being opened by the Association in all the police stations of the district.
