Jamshedpur, Sept 14: Under the Jamshedpur Hospital Employees Union, an agreement was signed between the management and union for the annual bonus for the employees of Doctor T. C. John Memorial Charitable Foundation Trust for the year 2024–25. A total of Rs 14,49,669 will be disbursed under this agreement. Despite a significant reduction in profits, all employees under the trust will receive an 8.33% bonus along with Rs 4,000 as ex-gratia.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Trust Chairperson Dr. Vinita Singh, Secretary Dr. S. Bhattacharya, Trustee Dr. Chittaranjan Bose, and Treasurer Suprabhat Goswami. Representing the union were President Rakeshwar Pandey, General Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, Vice President Mani Bhushan Mohanty, Assistant Secretary Somnath Poddar, and Executive Members Prashant Mahato and Jolesh Mukhi.
The agreement ensures employees’ welfare despite financial challenges.
