Dr Ajoy Kumar urges Jharkhand CM to pay Rs 10 lakh to relatives of electrocuted victims

Jamshedpur, June 14: Former parliamentarian and IPS Dr Ajoy Kumar has asked Jharkhand Chief Minister, Hemant Soren to pay compensation of Rs 10 lakh to the families of four persons including three children and a woman who were electrocuted while bathing in the check dam near their houses in Pipla. Dr Kumar drew attention of the electricity department to take note of the accident and rectify power lines and electric poles as otherwise they could prove threat to lives and limbs. Dr Ajoy Kumar stated that he was indisposed and would meet the bereaved families at their homes the moment he got well.
