Jamshedpur, June 23: Former Jamshedpur parliamentarian and Congress national spokesman, Dr Ajoy Kumar held an impromptu session on Wednesday morning near the tea stalls in front of the Jubilee Park gate. A host of people had gathered around Dr Kumar and they pointed out their problems to him. A group of morning walkers asked him to get the Jubilee Park opened so that people could breathe in fresh air and have respite from the rigors of daily living by spending some time in the Park’s green environment. Some stall owners wanted permanent setups for their temporary stalls along the Jubilee the road leading to the Sakchi end of the Jubilee Park gate.
Others present on the occasion included Rakesh Sahu, Shivnandan Singh Shibu, Surendra Sharma, Chandrika Prasad, Videshi Sao, Anil Jaiswal, Md Javed, Maninder Yadav, Jaspal Singh, Satpal Raju and Vinod Singh along with local stall owners and morning walkers.
It may be mentioned that Congress national spokesman Dr Ajoy Kumar has been in Jamshedpur for some time now and is moving around various localities of the city and other areas and taking stock of people’s persisting problems.
