Jamshedpur: Eight doctors of Khasmahal Sadar Hospital today met the deputy commissioner of East Singhbhum, Dr Amitabh Kaushal, to demand measures to stop their transfer to other districts.
They said their names were not there in the list of doctors prepared by the state health department for the purpose of transfer from the Sadar Hospital to other districts.
They include Dr Ravi Bhushan Agrawal, Dr Ram Kumar, Dr Sunil Kumar, Dr SC Hansda, Dr B Saha, Dr Manju Dubey, Dr Veena Singh and Dr Ram Kishore Jaisawal.
The doctors said they should be allowed to render their services at the Sadar Hospital.
