Jamshedpur: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Jamshedpur, conducted a training program focused on motor vehicle accidents and claims at Nyay Sadan. The event saw the presence of prominent judicial officers, including ADJ 1 Vimlesh Kumar Sahay, ADJ 2 Aabhas Verma, and DLSA Secretary Rajendra Prasad, who served as the chief guests. A large contingent of sub-inspectors and traffic police personnel from various police stations across the city attended the program.
The event commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony performed by the distinguished guests. The training program provided comprehensive information on the procedures and legalities surrounding motor vehicle accident claims, offering crucial insights to law enforcement officers.
During the session, the judicial officers elaborated on the process for accident victims to seek compensation from insurance companies, explaining the legal framework in detail. They stressed the importance of understanding the claim process to ensure timely and rightful compensation for accident victims.
Mediator advocate Satyendra Kumar Singh, advocate BK Nidhi, and officials from insurance companies also participated in the event, contributing to the discussions and offering their expertise on handling accident claims efficiently.
The program aimed to equip traffic police and law enforcement officials with the necessary knowledge to better assist accident victims and streamline the claim process, ensuring justice is served effectively.
