DLSA helps mentally sick woman get admitted to RINPAS

Jamshedpur: A mentally sick woman was admitted to RINPAS, Ranchi, on Thursday, courtesy District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Civil Court Jamshedpur. She was found unattended by family members or guardians on the premises of the MGM Hospital. Para legal volunteers Nagendra Kumar and Sunita Kumari soon informed the DLSA Secretary SN Sikdar about the woman�s condition. The woman was thereafter taken to Dr Deepak Giri, Psychiatrist of MGMCH, who advised the DLSA officials to get the woman admitted to RINPAS.
The DLSA secretary contacted DLSA Ranchi officials and talked to RINPAS Director for getting the woman admitted. A team of para legal volunteers of DLSA Jamshedpur and a police constable accompanied the woman to Ranchi.
