Ranchi, July 30: The captain of Indian ODI Cricket Team, Mahendra Singh Dhoni like the numerous mourners paid his last respects to the former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
The 33-year-old was pictured at a small gathering to pay homage to the �Missile Man� in Ranchi, Dhoni�s hometown.
MS Dhoni too saddened over the loss of People�s President APJ Abdul Kalam was seen standing offering his tributes in the picture.
The photograph also showed a person carrying placard with �Kalam ko Salam� (A Big Salute to Dr. Kalam). The 83-year-old Abdul Kalam was cremated in Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu on July 30 with full state honours.
Dr Abdul Kalam was buried with full state honours at a public ground in Tamil Nadu’s Rameswaram town where he was born, on Thursday morning.
As thousands gathered to bid their final farewell, Dhoni told reporters in Ranchi that he was a big admirer of Dr Abdul Kalam and that India had lost a legend.
