Boys take the lead in commerce, Girls in Arts
Ranchi, May 30: Jharkhand Academic Council has released the results of Inter Arts and Commerce today. This year the result of Inter Arts has been 95.97%.
On the other hand, if we talk about commerce, its result has been 88.60%. Boys have performed better in commerce with a passing percentage of 87.01 while the passing percentage of girls is 90.61.
Srishti Kumari of Ursuline Inter College Ranchi was the topper in commerce fetching 480. Kashish Parveen of DAV Plus Two High School Katrasgarh (Dhanbad) was the topper in arts with 469.
15900 students appeared in the commerce exam. Out of which 13836 have achieved success. On the other hand, 12482 girls took the exam out of which 11311 girls have passed.
In Arts, 96.58 percent girls have passed while the pass percentage of boys is 95.12. In all 94476 boys appeared in the examination and 89875 boys passed while 131470 girls appeared in the examination and 126981 girls have passed.
In the result of Inter Arts, maximum number of children have passed with second division. 230788 children had applied for appearing in this examination. Out of these 225946 children appeared in the examination. The number of people coming in first class is 97051. And the number of children coming in second class is 113018. The number of children who passed from third class is 6782.
A total of 216856 children have passed in the Arts. The passing percentage of Arts has been 95.97 percent.
This year’s Arts result is slightly poor than last year. In the year 2019, the exam result was 79.97%. In 2020 it was 82.53%. In 2021, 90.71% children were successful in the examination while in 2022, 97.43 children passed the exam.
In the results of Inter Commerce released by the Jharkhand Academic Council, the number of children appearing in the first class is the highest. 19891 children have passed in this category. 5162 children have passed in the second division and only 94 children who have passed in the third division.
A total of 25147 children have passed in commerce out of 28382 children who had appeared in the examination.
In the year 2019, the exam result was 70.44%. In 2020, it was 77.37%. In 2021, 90.33% children were successful in the examination and in 2022, 92.75 children have passed the exam.
