Dhananjay Mishra retires, RK Singh assumes charge as GM, Town O&M at Tata Steel UISL Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, April 30: Dhananjay Mishra, the Senior GM of Town Services at Tata Steel UISL, retired on April 30, marking the end of his tenure. RK Singh is set to take over as GM, Town O&M, Tata Steel UISL from May 1 onwards.

R K Singh has been associated with Tata Steel UISL / Tata Steel for the last 25 years. He is a civil engineer by profession and has the experience of working for various customer facing & project departments of Tata Steel UISL namely water management, ICS, Town engineering planning, External water projects and Integrated Industrial services.  He has also provided leadership to several government water projects especially the projects beyond Jamshedpur.

Meanwhile, Mishra was bid a grand farewell by a group of committee members from the Tata Workers Union on his last working day, during which he was garlanded, presented bouquets, and honored with a shawl and turban. Sweets were distributed among employees and committee members of Tata Steel UISL to commemorate the occasion. Assistant Secretary Nitesh Raj and numerous committee members were present to extend their best wishes to Mishra for a bright and healthy life post-retirement.
