Twelve individuals were apprehended on charges of cybercrime and subsequently sent to jail. The raids targeted locations in Sarath, Pathradda, Pathrol, Karaun, and Khaga police station areas.

During the operations, law enforcement recovered a substantial haul of evidence, including 25 mobile phones, 39 SIM cards, eight ATM cards, and two passbooks from the arrested suspects. Following a meticulous investigation by the Cyber Cell technical team, connections to 54 cybercrimes across the country were established.

Upon interrogation, the arrested individuals, including Manoj Das, Janardan Mandal, Naresh Das, Satyanarayan Kumar Mehra, Bihari Das, Manish Das, Virendra Das, Pramod Das, Babulal Ravani, Bahruddin Ansari, Iqbal Ansari, and Shahbaz Ansari, admitted their involvement in cybercrime.
The seized mobile phones were found to have unique IMEI numbers, and it was revealed that the suspects exploited vulnerabilities in government websites to deceive people.
