Jamshedpur : A magic button that brought Jubilee Park alive, with thousands of fairy lights twinkling in memory of industrialist and visionary Jamshetji Nusserwanji Tata, has become most sought after destination. People from all walks of life today to see the magic.
Illumination at Jubilee Park, always a must-see for thousands of steel city residents. This
year, the lights focussed on CSR activities iof Tata Steel. Lights also brought alive typical
Tata concerns such as energy conservation and climate change as well as folk lore from life of Tata.
Behind the bright lights were the nimble fingers and imagination of visualisers and light men from Chandannagar, Bengal. They have been behind the Founder’s Day show for the past three decades, and this year, they took 45 days to create the magic. One of this year’s most delightful visual treat was the fountain’s myriad hues. Working models also caught the attraction of visitors.
The Jayanti Sarovar played host to nine floats, each depicting activities related to the corporate social responsibility of the Tatas.There are several models on Tata Steel latest
slogans Zimmedaar Nagrik Zimmedaar Shaher ‘Values stronger than steel’ and company concerns like energy conservation and climate change as well as folk lore from Panchatantra. The Jayanti Sarovar had four fountains with LED lighted huge models of Eiffel Tower.
