Jamshedpur: Members of Tinplate Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (TGPC) have demanded that the election for the post of president of the committee should be conducted without delay.
They met the deputy commissioner, Dr Amitabh Kaushal, on Wednesday and handed over a memorandum to him. The delegation was led by Manjit Singh, who said the committee should have started the election process earlier.
He said the rules of the committee should not be violated under any circumstances.
