Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren has released assistant jail inspector general (IG) Deepak Kumar Vidyarthi from suspension at the recommendation of the state Home department.
Four more officers, Bhagirath Karzi, Ramesh Prasad, Dilip Kumar Pradhan and Olive Grace Kullu have been held not guilty in the government inquiry.
