Jamshedpur: The labour cell of All India Trinamool Congress met the deputy commissioner of East Singhbhum on Wednesday and complained against a builder allegedly encroaching upon a government well in Hurlung panchayat area.
The outfit leader alleged that the builder was constructing a structure on the government land. They said the builder was violating both the Building Society Act and the Chhota Nagpur Tenancy Act.
