Ranchi: To provide quick redressal for pending passport applications, the Regional Passport Office, Ranchi, will organise a two-day Passport Adalat on January 20 and 21. The public hearing will be held from 11 am to 2 pm at Galaxia Mall, Pisca More, third floor.
According to an official press release, applicants whose passport files are pending at the Ranchi passport office or who have received show-cause notices or requests for additional documents can attend the Passport Adalat. Applicants must carry their application number (file number) along with all required documents for on-the-spot resolution.
The initiative aims to offer faster, transparent, and citizen-friendly services to residents of Ranchi and nearby areas. Officials said the Passport Adalat will help clear long-pending cases and reduce the inconvenience to applicants awaiting passport-related decisions.
