Seraikela: A delegation of villagers of Seraikela met the deputy commissioner of Seraikela-Kharsawan Kripanand Jha on Friday and handed over a memorandum addressed to the Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren demanding honorarium for the gram pradhan or dakuwaof all villages of the district.
The delegation was led by Bishu Hembram, president of Gram Pradhan Mahasabha.
