Demand for amendment

Jamshedpur: Members of Save Indian Innocent Family, a private organization, handed over a memorandum addressed to the Prime Minister to the deputy commissioner of East Singhbhum on Thursday.

They demanded amendment in Section 498 A and Section 354 of Indian Penal Code to make them more effective in dealing with dowry torture crimes and eve-teasing.
