December 19 expected to be coldest in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Dec 16: The temperature has been witnessing a steep fall. The past week recorded a drop of 5 degrees in minimum temperature. The minimum temperature r3ecorded in Jamshedpur on December 6 was 18.2 degrees Celsius and on Wednesday it dropped to 13.2 degrees. According to the Indian Meteorological Department, there will be a constant drop in the minimum temperature. The coldest temperature would be on December 19 when the temperature was likely to drop to 11 degrees.  Beginning December 19, there will be a continuous drop in the temperature.

Presently its foggy and misty in the mornings and evenings. A thick blanket of fog was seen in the morning and evening of Tuesday and Wednesday. Under such conditions commuters, especially motorists are finding it difficult to ply through thick blankets of fog and mist. They have to be extra cautious while driving as visibility at such times is hampered.

The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted foggy and misty conditions for the next week. The sky will remain cloudy during this tenure.
