Ranchi: Personnel Secretary Nidhi Khare today directed the DCs of all the districts of Jharkhand to participate in Prime Ministerís Award for Excellence in Public Administration function.
The award will be given in connection with the implementation of five primary schemes of Union Government namely Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gram Jyoti Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, National e-Mandi and Stand Up India.
In order to participate, the aspirants can register online on the website nceg.gov.in portal from 1st January to 14th January, 2017, she said while discussing the implementation of leave and PAR modules of HRMS with DCs through video conferencing.
Khare said that the leave module inaugurated on 28th December last by the CM is getting implemented from 1st January 2017. Now the government officers will use this module to take leave. She said that all subordinate officers and staff should use this module for availing CL, EL, other leaves and permission to leave the headquarters. She said that the training for this module will be given through video conferencing tomorrow.
Khare asked all officials of the state to implement the PAR system. Every week, training will be given through video conferencing where officers posted in districts can participate. She said that PAR of 2016-17 should be uploaded by 31st May 2017.
