Seraikela: The deputy commissioner of Seraikela-Kharsawan Hansraj Singh today held a meeting to review the progress of various development projects in the district.
He sought area-wise reports on progress of the projects and directed the officials to ensure timely completion of the pending and ongoing projects.
He issued departmental action against the BDO of Rajnagar for remaining absent during various meetings of the district administration.
The DC said action would be taken against guilty persons in connection with discrepancies in implementation of several projects running under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS).
