Noamundi: A felicitation ceremony was organized on Wednesday by Rassel Government Plus Two School at Jagannathpur for the meritorious students who have recently held high rank in 10th and 12th examination.
The deputy commissioner of West Singhbhum, Abubakar Siddhiqui was invited as chief guest on the occasion. Addressing the students and teachers, he said, �Education is the foundation to build an ideal human society. For that, students need strong willpower, self-confidence and dedication then only can one become successful in life.�
The DC emphasized on moral education to be strongly followed in order to achieve a healthy society.
The examination result of the school is 87 per cent in Matriculation Board and in Intermediate science 97 per cent this year. Outstanding performers were awarded by the chief guest.
Also present during the function were SDO Jagganathpur Santosh Kumar, former MLA Mangal Singh Bobonga, Sunny Sinku, Nawaz Hussain and principal of the school Imtyaz Nazim.
