Jamshedpur: Inadequate electricity supply to various bustees of Bhuiyandih is causing inconvenience to local residents these days.
Local residents alleged that they were being ignored by the electricity department authorities concerned. They put up a demonstration before the office of the deputy commissioner on Thursday demanding regular power supply.
Leading the demonstrators Dharmachandra Poddar and Shyam Sunder Mishra said the residents had decided to go on an indefinite agitation in case their demand was not fulfilled.
