Jamshedpur, June 28: “The starting point of all achievement is desire. If one has the desire to succeed, one surely will.” In the spirit of this quote, D.B.M.S. Kadma High School organized a ceremony to honor the top achievers of Std. X and Std. XII for their exceptional performance in the 2023-‘24 C.B.S.E. board exams.
Ten students of Std. X who secured 90% and above were awarded silver coins, while fourteen students who secured 85% and above also received silver coins. Similarly, five students of Std. XII were awarded silver coins for securing 90% and above, and six students who secured 85% and above were also honored with silver coins. Additionally, subject-wise toppers who scored higher marks than last year’s subject toppers received cash awards.
Members of the Managing Committee including Lalitha Chandrashekhar (Chairperson-Administration, D.B.M.S. Board of Trustees, and President of the School Managing Committee), B. Chandrashekhar (Chairperson Finance, D.B.M.S. Board of Trustees), Anita Ramkrishna (Secretary), Bhuvana Krishnan (Treasurer), Aruna Ravi (Joint Treasurer), Gurpreet Bhambra (Principal), Suparna Roy and S. Shireen (Vice Principals), Malini Ashok and Benazir Gulshan (Coordinators), Suprava Panda (Sports Coordinator), and Subha Raghavan (Activity Coordinator), teachers and students were present at the function.
The dignitaries congratulated the award winners and encouraged them to continue their efforts to acquire the skills necessary to face life’s challenges. The Award Ceremony served as an important occasion to acknowledge the students’ relentless pursuit of knowledge, setting a shining example for their peers.
